Auctioning What Katy Did for a month

In aid of Comic Relief, I’m auctioning off this lovely website for a whole month!

Yes indeedy, the highest bidder gets their message appearing as a splash screen overlaying every page of the website. That’s a chance to reach over 700 unique, mostly geeky, visitors over the month. Here’s the last month’s analytics for those who like that sort of thing.

To bid, just post a comment with your offer, the highest bid received by one minute past midnight on Monday 28th March wins. Their chosen message, including links, if they want, will run on the site for the entirety of April.

Is it a bit batty? Certainly. Is it all for a good cause? You bet your arse it is! Here’s Mr Stephen Fry, my personal god, telling you why:

I hope it goes without saying, but I reserve the right to refuse any content I deem inappropriate, like linking to malware sites and things like that. But you’re all nice people, so it won’t be a problem.

Please spread the word, and don’t forget to donate to Comic Relief, together we CAN make a difference!

:)

  1. In the words of the dragons, I’m out. I’m only a little freelancer now a days (wanders off slowly dragging his feet).

So glad the bidding is up and I’ll still be donating to Red Nose Day tonight :-)
