Doctor Who Season Five Trailer

A new year, a new Doctor. I’ve always been thrilled by the prospect of the Doctor’s regeneration and I’ve rarely been dissapointed. From his brief appearance in “The End of Time” and the season five teaser trailer below, it looks like Matt Smith will continue the positive trend.

I’m not going to talk about the final story of the Tenth Doctor’s reign, except to say that David Tennant did the best he could with the script he was given and that I was totally awed by Bernard Cribbins’ heartbreaking performance.

With Stephen Moffatt taking the helm for the new season, I’m very hopeful for the future of everyone’s favourite Time Lord.
