Yahoo! Search Index Update

Just a quick note, Yahoo! have spent the last few days rolling out changes the their index and algorithm tweaks for crawling, indexing and ranking. So a pretty busy few days at the big Y!

To quote the official blog post “Throughout this process you may see some changes in ranking as well as some shuffling of the pages in the index.”

So don’t go panicking if you see some shifts in search positions!
