Greenpeace’s latest report on the environmental impact of technology companies was released yesterday.
Updated quarterly the report is a useful indicator of how highly tech companies regard environmental impact considerations. It’s great to see companies like Samsung and Toshiba leading the field, it’s also reassuring that manufacturers like Apple and Dell are making progress. Making sweeping changes in major corporations is a long-term process and improvements can’t be made overnight, but the fact that more tech companies are starting to make headway is reassuring.
